COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
We would like to advise that the state of Florida / Orange County level of community transmission is considered HIGH. so our teams will continue to encourage cleanliness throughout all our properties.
The health and wellbeing of our guests, Team Members and all who visit our properties is our highest priority. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are key to continuing to curtail the impact of COVID 19 and variants. Based on the latest COVID-19 updates below please review our company’s guidance and expectations.
We will continue to monitor the guidance from the CDC and local public health authorities to ensure our protocols encourage a safe environment for all who visit our hotels.
We have taken measures to make sure we are flexible and that interactions are smooth to result in a positive experience for all.

Although we will no longer require facial coverings, to be consistent with CDC guidelines, going forward we do still recommend the following;
- People may choose to wear a mask at any time.
- People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
