Meeting Technology & Amenities: Simple to Smart

Offerings – from high-tech highlights to just plain ingenious add-ons – that make holding a meeting at The Grove Resort unlike anything else.

Surfari Water Park

Opening at the Grove in March of 2018, this six-acre water park features a lushly landscaped lagoon pool, lazy river, and a dual wave simulator – the only of its kind at any Orlando resort. Not a bad way to blow off some steam after a morning of meetings, or enjoy some equally fun spectating.

Lake Austin Pier

The lakeside dock is home to a selection of watersports, paddle boats, and fishing, ideal for a range of different teambuilding activities. Sit back and relax, enjoy the challenge of sport, and experience an array of activities without leaving the confines of the resort.

The Escape Spa

Take a break from the boardroom at the on-site spa, where expert therapists pamper and leave you relaxed and revived – and ready to take on the next meeting.

Orange County National Golf

This top Orlando golf course offers 36 holes of championship golf. Playing through a scenic landscape of rolling meadows, native pines, and wetlands, the design features an interesting variety of holes and terrain: dramatic elevation changes, natural hazards, sloping dogleg fairways, and heavily undulated greens guarded by bunkers.

Garden Terrace

This beautifully landscaped outdoor space is an extension of the Orange Blossom Ballroom, and is a perfect location to host your next outdoor affair (capacity of 50 people).

Event Themes: Prepare to be Inspired

A few of The Grove Resort’s corporate party ideas that your team will be talking about well into next quarter.

Fireworks Dessert Party

Enjoy a chef’s selection of dessert varieties to coincide with a viewing of the Walt Disney World evening fireworks display.

Surf’s Up Party

Thanks to the resort’s on-site water park and its dual-sided surf simulator (where two people can surf or boogie board side-by-side at the same time), you can create a themed surf event that includes surfing competitions between colleagues.

Hawaiian BBQ

Hawaiian barbeque is a fusion of American and Asian dishes with an island twist that you can enjoy in the lush surroundings of Surfari Water Park.

Low Country Boil

Experience authentic Florida with this southern equivalent of a New England clambake. The crowd-pleasing recipe includes a combination of shrimp, crab, sausage, corn, and potatoes dumped into a giant pot, then served on newspaper – the only real authentic way to eat it.

Food Truck Party

Who doesn’t love good food served fresh from a mobile kitchen that comes to you? From dumplings to tacos, ice cream sandwiches to waffles, there is no limit to what these kitchens-on-wheels can produce – and the resort can bring them all to you.
